We certainly don't want to stop a good thing from going, so grab your apron and come on. Let's bake. Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies INGREDIENTS 2 cups oat flour 1 1/3 cup rolled oats 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon nutmug 1 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup oil 2 tablespoons molasses 1 cup pumpkin 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamonDIRECTIONS Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.Spoon 2" scoops of dough onto greased or silicone padded cookie sheet.Bake for 16 minutes. Allow cookies to cool.Ice with cream cheese frosting.
