Molasses Crinkles

A sweet friend made a plate of molasses crinkle cookies for my family years ago, and I instantly fell in love. There are certain foods friends share that compel you to hunt them down and beg for the recipe. This was one of those times for me.

Since she was a sweet friend, she was happy to oblige. Now I am sharing the recipe with you, so you can fall in love. I am absolutely giddy about the combination of ginger mixed with the softness of these cookies. Oh. My. Word.

I'm feeling the need to make a batch just talking about them. Mmmmmm...
